A strong Sales Kickoff is not about speeches. It is about execution readiness. At our recent global SKO, our NAMER and UK teams came together with a clear focus on three outcomes: tighter alignment on priorities, GTM motion, and measurable goals, stronger collaboration across the business unit, and the confidence to deliver as one team.
Just as important, we invested in the fundamentals that make performance sustainable: culture, trust, and flexibility. The strongest signal from the week was consistency. A highly capable group, aligned on where we are going and how we will get there. Now it is about turning that clarity into results.
