Magic Software partnered with Commit, an AWS Premier Tier partner to build their cloud foundations as part of the Mobilize phase including Landing Zone, Cloud Platform, Automation, CICD, Security, and major aspects related to Operational aspects including monitoring and handling both cloud security and operations. 


The challenge includes migrating enterprise-grade customers into a SaaS Multi-Tenant platform on AWS while utilizing and adapting AWS Native solutions and replacing legacy components like databases, reporting, and BI visualizations. This migration will also require a re-platform of Azure native services to AWS alternatives.


Business drivers for the transformation include:

  • Build a cloud service platform and re-platform and base refactor application service of Magic Software to support its customers and its full functionality on AWS Cloud as part of the SaaS model.

  • Optimize costs by creating customized solutions according to customer needs.

  • Provide lower operational costs and easy management and deployments.

  • Provide new levels of agility to develop and provision new features and products

  • Build fully managed service on AWS cloud Partnered with Commit as an MSP partner

Cloud operations require expertise and skills of a partner. For that matter, Magic SW chose to work with Commit, as the partner that worked with them on accommodation of their business needs with their technology requirements. Commit worked with Magic on their platform modernization, while building a SaaS multi-tenancy system, that included cloud security aspects, usage of Kubernetes, operational readiness with backup, reliability, performance, CI/CD, and operation processes. Commit continue to provide Magic with Cloud operations managed services including FinOps and Partner Led Enterprise Support
