Commit, a leading global tech services company focused on custom software and IoT solutions, is expanding through the acquisition of ITSoft, an Israeli-founded tech firm that provides software development services around the world.
This new acquisition estimated at the sum of $3 million USD, will add over 150 software development specialists to Commit’s international roster of tech development experts, significantly reinforcing Commit’s global presence.
Founded in 2013, ITSoft provides offshore software development services to leading high-tech companies and start-ups worldwide, having created a unique recruitment model, which enables the formation of technological teams in quick periods, significantly reducing the time and costs of development projects.
ITSoft provides expertise across a variety of fields, including Back End, Front End, Dev Ops and QA Automation, and its portfolio consists of customers such as Cibus Sodexo, Jfrog, TytoCare, Radwin and Microsoft.
“Our business has grown more than 50% in recent months, causing us to expand and seek new expert partners that are fully accountable, have wide experience in managing talents and technology, and value the models of efficiency that we employ,” added Arik Faingold, President and Chairman of Commit.
“The acquisition of ITSoft strengthens our ability to continue to provide our unique team building model, whereby we can build professional qualified teams for our customers in less than two weeks and enable them to try a team before they buy it.”
“We have seen dramatically increasing demand for our team building model, and ITSoft is a key ingredient in our ability to successfully deliver it to our customers.”
“That is why they’re the perfect complement to our team and will help us deliver the same end-to-end quality solutions, cost efficiency and flexibility that our customers expect.”
“Not only does Commit’s acquisition of ITSoft add 150 talented developers to our tech R&D powerhouse, but their unique recruitment processes enable scalability through tech innovation by providing access to top talent from around the world via try-before-buy service models, the ability to deploy development teams in under two weeks and other flexible capabilities,” said Max Nirenberg, CRO & Managing Director, Commit USA.
“Many of our clients design cutting edge cyber security solutions or IoT products that must ensure user data is compliant and protected from day one.”
“Our combined capabilities with ITSoft will be crucial for our clients who often face pressure to improve outcomes, struggle to find specialists close by and can’t afford to sacrifice quality or resources during overly long recruitment processes.”
